Friendly reminder that you don’t always know what’s going on on the other side of the screen…
I really worry sometimes people might be like this when talking to them …
please if you’re a friend or anyone really and you’re ever upset like this don’t try and hide it, I’m always willing to be a shoulder to cry on :c
basically.
I’ve done this so many times, it’s depressing.
Please. If any of you are ever down and ever need anyone to talk to Tell me I’m always, -always- open to talk And even if I’m not, I know people who will be. Seriously.

The best line in Lilo and Stitch is, “No! Don’t touch that! It’s from my blue period!”
Like not only is Lilo familiar with goddamn Picasso despite being maybe 8, but she’s made enough serious art of her own that she can divide it into similar periods.
Lilo is a goddamn prodigy. She is an eccentric genius on par with Tesla or Van Gogh.
Like those pictures she took were both dismissals of beauty standards (she mostly photographed fat people who were not conventionally attractive and she referred to them in awe as beautiful) and subversions of the dehumanization tourists subjected her to as a native Hawaiian (she photographed tourists like they were simply part of the landscape, just as they did to her).
I think some people fail to realize that men can be sexually assaulted, too, and not just by other men. This girl shoves him against the wall and slaps him three fucking times when he pushes her away. Heck, he has to push her away twice before she backs off for a moment. Then she goes right back to kissing him.
If the genders were reversed, everyone on this site would be flipping a shit. And if anyone dares to tell me that it’s different when a girl does it to a guy, I will personally write you a three-page essay on why it is still not okay.
I’m just going to REBLOG this all the fucking time
I SWEAR I WILL ALWAYS REBLOG THIS.
This is not okay. Gender does not matter. Forcing someone will never be okay. Never.
I’m looking at every single one of my 290+ followers right now, and I’m expecting you to reblog this.
Hey I hope you all reblog this AND DON’T IGNORE THIS.
Women can be just as abusive as men, despite what society tells you.
This is the post that brought my attention to the abuse of men. I hope it can help someone else.
Someone who follows me better reblog this.
SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK!!!

The sun was too bright, and the covers were too cold.
Then they were too hot.
Groaning, you turned away from the window to cuddle the human radiator that was beside you, grasping his soft green cotten shirt. Already half-awake, Jacob kissed your forehead before rubbing the sleep from his eyes to clear his vision.
“Morning, love,” he said softly.
A pounding ache bounced around your skull. “You’re too loud!” you complained.
“I’m almost whispering!”
“Hnng…”
Jacob took a moment to take in your appearance. Your red nose, sunken eyes and pale skin…
“Y/N/N, are you sick?” He propped himself up on his elbow and pressed the back of his hand to your forehead. “You’re burning up.”
You covered your face with your pillow. “I feel like I’m going to throw up.” A beeline was made for the toilet, with a worried Jacob in tow.
As you bent over the bowl, all your contents from last night’s dinner came back up again. Jacob kept your hair back with one hand and rubbed your back soothingly with the other.
You pressed your burning forehead against the freezing ceramic, taking steadying breaths. “You wash your face, love, and I’ll be right back.” He helped you up and turned on the taps before turning to the toilet, flushing it, and going back into your shared bedroom. You took this precious time to slowly rinse your face.
As you turned off the taps, Jacob came back in. He hooked one arm under the back of your knees and the other behind your back, easily lifting you. You buried your face in his neck as he placed you on the mattress.
He had fluffed up the pillows and pulled back the covers for you.
“I’ll be back in a few minutes.” Jacob pulled what you both liked to call the ‘Vomit Bucket’ out from under the bed.
“Thanks, Jake.” You smiled gratefully after him as he left the room, conveniently leaving the TV remote within arms reach.

Boiling hot soup in hand, Jacob quickly made his way back to your room, quietly toeing the door open. As it creaked quietly, he noticed how you were asleep in an awkward position with the television quietly rolling laugh tracks in the background.
Placing the bowl on your bedside table, he carefully held the back of your neck up as he adjusted the pillows, lowering you into a less hindering position.
The sudden change of pressure on your neck made you begin to whine in your half asleep state.
“My neck hurts,” you mumbled, sniffling.
“I’m not surprised, love.” Jacob made sure to keep his voice as controlled as possible. “You looked like you’d broken your neck!”
“Hmmm…” You hummed, eyes closed.
“I’ve brought you something to eat; Have a taste.”
“But ‘m not hungry…”
“At least have a spoonful? It’s Evie’s recipe.”
“Since when h’ve you followed recipes?”
Jacob’s raised eyebrow made you giggle enough to sit up. He helped you get confortable and then fed you small spoons of the soup. By the time you said, “no more,” the bowl was almost finished.
“I’ll leave you to rest now, love.” He pecked you on the forehead and was heading to stand when your hand stopped him.
“Stay with me?”
“Of course.” He smiled softly, putting the bowl back on the table before climbing in the other side of the bed. He sat up against the headboard, watching your head move to his lap.
He stayed like this for a couple of hours, before he found himself rubbing his eyes nor often than he’d like. Settling himself down on the pillows properly, it took mere minutes for him to completely succumb to sleep.
