I was reading the wildlife tamerish headcanon and for some reason I though of the picture of the grandma scolding a pelican. So I was wondering if we could get the chocobros reacting to their s/o scolding a creature to make it feel guilty.

  • In your defense, that seagull showed absolutely no remorse when it stole Prompto’s ice cream
  • Prompto is touched. He thinks it’s so sweet that you would stand up for him without any regard for your own safety
  • (Prompto might have a slight fear of seagulls)
  • Ignis thinks it’s weirdly cute?? Like the damn bird looks so genuinely sad, and you look like a grandmother scolding a child. He might sneak a picture on his phone
  • Noctis is on your side. He tried to catch the seagull to get back Prompto’s ice cream. For whatever reason, he forgot that he could warp
  • He also didn’t think that maybe Prompto wouldn’t want that ice cream back. But it’s the thought behind the action that counts
  • Gladio doesn’t know how to react. He just stands there and wonders if this is real. What timeline is this?

Could you do something for noct and gladio with a major cat mom s/o? Like, everyone thinks I’m joking when I say cats are so much better than human children but IM NOT. ((Also I’m scared of having kids and stuff so there’s that BUT CATS ARE STILL SO GOOD)) my cat son just gave me the sweetest look and my heart swelled and I’m sobbing aha. Just something with her babying cats and her cats are like… Super clingy bc she babies them?

Hello dear! I actually have never loved with a cat in my life (although I love all animals and really want to get a cat) so I’m sorry if I write something stupid somewhere. I also refer to the cat as ‘it’ which made me feel a bit bad, but also wanted to keep it neutral. Hope that’s good!

Noct

  • He loves animals, all animals and that was how the two of
    you met and bonded together. 
  • When you told him how much you love your cat he just nodded in understanding
    but wasn’t prepared for the close bond you and your cat had. 
  • Your cat also adores him, it’s a lazy beast (just like Noct) and they both love
    taking naps together on your couch.
  • One day your cat sneaked out of your apartment which made you worried and even
    broke you to tears
  • Noct asked the Crownsguard and the Kingsglaive to help finding it. 
  • The cat eventually returned on its own, acting as if nothing had happened, you
    were both a bit frustrated but as soon as you saw that innocent face it was all
    forgiven and forgotten.

Gladio

  • He likes animals, but it’s hard for him to understand why
    are you so obsessed with your cat and why you prefer your cat to most humans.
  • He starts on the wrong foot with the cat, neither of them likes the other, the
    cat hisses at Gladio as soon as it sees him and from that point on Gladio
    decides the animal hates him
  • However, he feels like he needs to make a step forward, the cat means the world
    to you and you mean the world to him so somehow he needs to show the cat who is
    boss
  • Well, turns out the cat is the boss, at least at first, Gladio has no chance
    into convincing the animal he is ‘the good guy’ 
  • He changes tactics and starts bribing the cat – new toys, snack, even brings
    Iris who is absolutely adorable with animals hoping that his relation to Iris
    would make the cat reconsider
  • Eventually he succeeds, the cat warms up to him, probably not as much as it
    does to you but at least it’s not hissing any more every time Gladio moves
  • The biggest victory comes when one night you are watching TV and the cat lies
    on Gladio’s lap. He takes probably close to 20 pictures to memorize the moment.
    On the next day he even shows the pictures to the cat, not that it cares.
